All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pussy8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and time limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are advised to read these carefully before accepting any bonus.
pussy8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings in cases where the Company reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotions through arbitrage betting, colluding with other players to maximise bonus value, or employing any strategy that pussy8 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus funds that remain unused or whose associated wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited. Any real-money balance that may have resulted from expired bonus play will also be subject to review.

pussy8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pussy8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
